Available for cars between 3 and 10 years old*
*up to and including 2.0 litre engines.
Volkswagen parts have a 2 year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer warranty has expired (excluding wear and tear items). We fit exterior bulbs and wiper blades (bought from us) free of charge, excluding interior, Xenon and LED bulbs.
What is included in a VW Fixed Price Service?
A Volkswagen minor service includes the following:
- Oil & filter change
- Vehicle inspection and report including all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system.
- Wash and vacuum
- Full vehicle road test
- Diagnostic check including report
- Re-set service interval display
- Volkswagen stamp in service book
A Volkswagen major service includes the following:
- Oil & filter change
- Replace pollen filter
- Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts, exhaust system, spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine), remove wheels and check brakes, check/adjust tension on all drive belts, check gearbox oil level and check final drive oil level.
- Wash and vacuum
- Replace air filter
- Full vehicle road test
- Diagnostic check including report
- Re-set service interval display
- Volkswagen stamp in service book

Terms and Conditions
Fixed price servicing is available for all Volkswagen 3-15 years old, up to and including 2.0 litre engines (excludes electric models e‑up! and e‑Golf, hybrid models Golf GTE and Passat GTE and Phaeton and Touareg) following a time and distance fixed service regime. Selected jobs have further exclusions: - Front Brake Pads jobs: exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Rear Brake Pads jobs: exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Front Brake Pads and Discs: jobs exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Rear Brake Pads and Discs: jobs exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Cambelt with Waterpump: job excludes up! and all petrol models.
Minor Service, Major Service and MOT also available for Touareg (exclude VIO engines). We charge Volkswagen labour times for all jobs and all our prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT. We only use Volkswagen genuine parts, which come with our two-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items. Programme is valid from 4th January 2024 until 31st December 2024 and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. At participating Volkswagen Authorised Repairers only.*
